We had the opportunity to collaborate with a team from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to conduct a 5S activity within our company. The 5S methodology, derived from Japanese terms seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain), focuses on organizing the workplace for efficiency and effectiveness.

Through this collaborative effort, we aimed to streamline our processes, enhance workplace safety, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The JICA team brought invaluable expertise and perspective, enriching our understanding of lean principles and best practices.

We are grateful for the partnership with the JICA team and look forward to the lasting benefits of implementing 5S principles in our company.
