Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Inspecting and testing bike parts at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Maintaining detailed records of quality tests and inspections conducted.
  • Documenting and reporting any deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistency in product quality.
  • Collaborating with other departments to establish and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Performing various testing methods, such as dimensional checks, hardness tests, and material analysis, to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Utilizing testing equipment and tools to conduct accurate and reliable assessments of product quality.
  • Investigating and identifying the root causes of quality issues and working with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the quality of bike parts.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in quality control.
  • Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality standards in delivering raw materials.
  • Ensuring that the manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in quality standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing of bike parts.
  • Generating regular reports on quality performance, including defect rates, testing results, and improvement initiatives.
  • Communicating quality-related metrics to management and stakeholders.
