Our company recently conducted a comprehensive 5S training session in collaboration with M/s JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). The session focused on enhancing workplace organization, efficiency, and productivity through the implementation of the 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. With the expert guidance provided by JICA, employees gained practical knowledge on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. The training emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and employee involvement, laying a strong foundation for fostering a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
